We are not a landlord, property owner, property manager, real estate broker, or leasing agent, and we do not own, rent, or manage any property. We provide rental-related information and help connect users with third parties such as property owners, managers, advertisers, and scheduling providers. We receive compensation from certain advertisers, which may affect how and where offers appear.

3. Eligibility

By submitting a form, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone call, prerecorded or artificial voice, automatic telephone dialing system, text message, and email, by us and by the properties, advertisers, schedulers, and third parties you are matched with. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts and use the unsubscribe link to opt out of marketing emails.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIVATELANDLORDRENTALS.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY THIRD-PARTY OFFER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrivateLandlordRentals.com and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we maintain our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue, except where prohibited by applicable law.
